liblscp-dbg software package provides LinuxSampler Control Protocol library - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblscp-dbg
liblscp-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblscp-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblscp-dbg *
You will get with liblscp-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
